Answer: Scott Newman explains the trick to getting permanent marker off of a dry erase surface. Simply color over the permanent marker with a dry erase marker. Wait five seconds, wipe clean. It’s that easy…if you have a magnetic or High Pressure Laminate board. Melamine may be a bit tougher because it’s a cheaper, more porous material. Try the trick. You’ll be amazed.
