The Discovery Globe is designed to help with the transition from simplified to more detailed political globes. It contains more place names, and matches the Discovery Maps. It has bright colors and excellent readability.

The Swing Meridian mounting allows the globe to rotate, but also to turn upside down for ease in viewing the southern hemisphere.

The Clearview mounting allows the globe to be handled so that all regions of the Earth can be researched without being confined to a standard metal mounting.

The Horizon Ring mounting allows a student to demonstrate distortion, find the shortest distance between two locations, and much more. For hands-on teachers, this mounting is a must.

The Semi-Meridian mounting is the most economical choice. It stretches your school's dollar further than any other globe.
