Shipping Charges: We will ship orders anywhere in the United States of America and Canada. The shipping charges will vary due to location, weight, type, quantity, size and fuel surcharges. Because of the size and weight of many of our products, we often have to ship via motor freight carriers. Most sites that do show shipping are arriving at the figure by estimating - and you can safely bet they are estimating high.

What we do instead is compute freight charges based on your individual request and provide you with a quote for the product and shipping and an order confirmation to complete your order.

Estimate Request: Please feel free to contact us for a product estimate, a freight estimate, and quantity discounts. In your correspondence or telephone call we will need the following information:

Items and quantities you wish to purchase
Delivery address (street address, city, state, zip code)
What type of location will be accepting delivery (commercial, residential, church, school)

Return Policy: If you find that you would like to return a product to the manufacturer please give us a call. For a manufacturer defect, we will either replace the product or refund the full amount of your order.

If you decide that you do not need or don't want the product once it arrives, you may return the product but will be required to pay the industry standard 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges back to the originating manufacturer. Customized products are non-returnable.

Looking for Specific Product Not Advertised on US Markerboard: We sell almost every product from all of the manufacturers listed on our home page. If you are looking for something particular, we can more than likely get it for you, and at a very good price. Please don't hesitate to ask if we can get something not listed... we most likely can.
